Tex-Mex Dip

Just imagine yourself under the palm trees swinging back and forth in your hammock under your cabana near the Gulf of Mexico. You summon your server to bring you a margarita and you decide you need a little Tex-Mex dip. Oh the days would be better if they were all started this way.

Tex-Mex Dip


How to make


  • 3 medium sized avocados

  • 2 tbsp of lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  • 1/4 tsp of pepper

  • 1 cup of sour cream

  • 1/2 cup of mayo or salad dressing

  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning

  • 2 cans plain or jalapeño bean dip

  • 1 large bunch of green onions

  • 3 medium tomatos

  • 2 cans (3 1/2 oz.)pitted ripe olives, chopped

  • 1 pkg (8oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Any kind of Tortilla chips.
