How to make

Cook Rotini according to package directions. In large mixing bowl combine, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, olives, mushrooms, and rotini. Pour on dressing, mix throughly; Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Enjoy!


  • 1 pkg of Rotini

  • 1/2 c diced red bell peppers

  • 1/2 c mushrooms

  • 1 c broccoli flowerets

  • 1 c cauliflower flowerets

  • 1/2 c sliced ripe olives

  • 1 8 oz Italian Dressing
