Sausage and Milk Gravy and Biscuits
Have you ever thought of having a nice warm Southern style breakfast that just warms your tummy. Sausage and Milk Gravy with Biscuits is a touch of the Southern Charm that you won't forget.
How to make
Brown the sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. Remove sausage from the pan and drain grease leaving about 1 tsp of grease in the pan. Return the pan with grease in it to the burner. Add about 1 1/2 cups of Milk to the skillet. Whisk flour with 1 1/2 cups of milk and add to warm milk in skillet. Cook on medium until boiling; reduce heat to low and simmer. Place biscuits on a pizza pan and put in oven for the allotted temperature and time on the packaging.
1 pkg of breakfast sausage
1/4-1/2 cup of flour
2% milk approx. 2 1/2 - 3 cups
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can of biscuits
